Martello Hotel

The Martello Hotel is located on the seafront at Bray Co. Dublin. The hotel contains 20 bedroom suites with conference and meeting facilities. The hotel contains a large bar with extensive external seating area at ground floor level and restaurant at first floor level.
Richard Dixon Associates were responsible for providing the mechanical design consultancy services for the upgrade and refurbishment works to the hotel. The design included for the upgrade of the mechanical system with energy efficient condensing boiler plant, solar thermal installation and integrated controls. Richard Dixon Associated provided the design services including tendering and cost control.
The project was part funded under the SEAI BEW (Better Energy Workplace) Scheme. Richard Dixon Associates were responsible for providing the application, suitability report and final post construction application & report for the SEAI BEW Scheme.
