Bartra House Dalkey

Bartra House is a three storey period building dating back to the mid 1850’s, the building is a protected structure.

The project comprises of the complete refurbishment and extension to the existing 1,100m² residence incorporating a complete refit of all existing mechanical & electrical services. The design incorporates underfloor heating and period radiators with high efficiency condensing boilers. The electrical installation includes home automation system, lighting controls and extensive audio visual installation including home cinema and dedicated music room.

The project included the complete refurbishment of the mechanical and electrical services installation within the building. Richard Dixon Associates were appointed to provide the full design consultancy services associated with the mechanical and electrical services installation.
