Balbriggan Supervalu

Refurbishment and extension to the existing Supervalu store located at Balbriggan for the Moriarty Group.

Richard Dixon Associates were contracted to provide the full mechanical and electrical design services for the project.  The project included a new single storey extension to the building which provided additional shop floor space.  The existing store was refurbished with a complete mechanical and electrical refit including a new lighting system designed in accordance with Musgrave’s specification. The refurbishment included an extensive solar thermal installation which provides the domestic hot water for the building, high efficiency condensing boiler plant and heat recovery ventilation.
