The management suite at Kildare Village provides a contemporary suite worthy of the leading retail brands within the world. The management suite includes a new reception area, individual meeting rooms connected through full height bespoke crittal style glazing screens. The fit-out also include a staff canteen area complete with library.
Richard Dixon Associates provided the complete mechanical and electrical design consultancy service for the project. The design included full air conditioning installation and fresh air ventilation through roof mounted heat recovery ventilation unit. The fit-out also included the upgrade of the existing comms room and security control room, both of which are crucial to the operation of the village and were live for the duration of the project. A full electrical design including lighting, general services, IT, fire alarm, access control and AV installation.
