Meadows & Byrne

Meadows and Byrne flagship store is located in the mixed use development at Northern Cross, Malahide Road, Dublin.

Richard Dixon Associates were responsible for providing the full mechanical and electrical design consultancy services for the high end retail fit-out of this large two storey retail store.  The store extends to 2,200 sqm with dramatic double height glazed shop front. The fit-out included the installation of retail floor space over two floors, office, storage rooms and staff room.

The installation included full air conditioning, heat recovery ventilation, specialist lighting design and bespoke glass fronted passenger lift and lift shaft.
