The project comprises of the complete refurbishment and extension to the existing 250m² house incorporating a complete refit of all existing mechanical & electrical services. The design incorporates solar panels and high efficiency condensing boilers.

The project included the complete refurbishment of the mechanical and electrical services installation within the building. Richard Dixon Associates provided the full design consultancy services associated with the mechanical and electrical services installation including cost control.
