The project comprises of the complete refurbishment and extension to the existing 400m2 period house, which dates backs to the mid 1870’s, incorporating a complete refit of all existing mechanical & electrical services. The design incorporates underfloor heating and period radiators with high efficiency condensing boilers. The electrical installation includes home automation system, lighting controls and home cinema.
The project included the complete refurbishment of the mechanical and electrical services installation within the building. Richard Dixon Associates provided the full design consultancy services associated with the mechanical and electrical services installation including cost control.
